Project Information

Yoga Bliss was a 7,000 sq ft build out of a yoga studio including one of the only hot studios in Northeast Ohio. Pride One was able to accommodate all of the owners wishes and stay within the budget we were given. Yoga Bliss recently expanded including another studio, increased the hot studio, renovated bathrooms and added a juice bar.

Project Information

Rosewood Grill is located at Turners Mill in Hudson, OH. Turners Mill is an old grain mill that was built in 1852. The mill was turned into a restaurant in 1988. In 2009, Pride One started construction to remodel the mill and turn it into a multifunction building, including a new addition for Rosewood Grill Restaurant. Pride One did a complete interior and exterior remodel including an elevator and restoration of existing wood beams and brick, site improvements, landscaping and paving.

Project Information

A 27,000 SF renovation of an existing building in Fairlawn, OH for Grace Church for a satellite campus. This project consisted of demolition and construction of 2 new 500 SF additions, new walls, full stage, new MEP’s and all new finishes. This campus now has a solarium, youth classrooms and play area, chapel and new auditorium that has been renovated to accommodate both services and youth ministry sports. This project was completed in October of 2014.

Piada is a new gourmet fast food restaurant specializing in Italian street food, focusing on fresh ingredients, and explosives flavors. We have built both the stand alone restaurant and the strip plaza model.

QED is quality electrodynamics, a global developer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced medical equipment electronics. This 25,000 square foot renovation of a sports training facility was completed in 2009 and included office, lab, warehouse and manufacturing space including a lead lined room to test equipment on MRI machines.
