A 50,000 SF renovation of 4 existing buildings in Oxford, Ohio, for Miami University for off-site student housing, completed for the 2014 school year. The project consisted of a complete gut, down to studs, demolition of the existing roof and construction of a new 3rd floor, roof, building exterior and all new finishes. The project was completed in 10 months and includes apartment style living for Miami University students.

The Truman building in downtown Cleveland is a total historic restoration. Built in 1901 this 6 story building was primarily office space with first floor retail, after restoration the now “Ivory On Euclid” will consist of 29 luxury apartments with available parking in the building. The first floor off of Euclid Avenue will be available for retail or restaurant. Completed in 2015.

Project Information

Medina Creative Living consists of 6- 4 unit apartment buildings spread across 2 locations designed as handicapped accessible units in a community setting in which individuals with disabilities live in a congregated setting. MCH has been awarded three Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Supportive Living for Individuals with Disabilities grants, building twenty-four subsidized single and double garden-style apartment units with community rooms. Medina Creative Housing and its affiliate organizations provide an array of services including: life skills training, vocational training and supportive employment opportunities for students and adults with disabilities, therapeutic horseback riding and a resident enrichment program.
