MEDINA, OHIO July 2022 – We are very excited to introduce Megan Kay as Vice President of Development at Pride One Construction.

Megan has worked in Real Estate Development for nearly 2 decades.  She has served as General Counsel for a small office and Senior Living Developer and gained extensive experience managing industrial sites throughout the US and Mexico, for the Cleveland-based Sherwin-Williams Co.

Kaye and her husband Zach have been married for 17 years. They have two kids, Nolan (11) and Eliza (8) and four pets: a dog, two cats, and a bearded dragon! “I love animals, but I didn’t realize that the bearded dragon lives a really long time when I told my son he could get one!”

MEDINA, OHIO July 2022 – Jordan Wright has recently accepted the position of Development Analyst at Pride One Construction.

As a Development Analyst, Jordan is tasked with ensuring the quality and accuracy of Real Estate transactions from acquisition to sale.

Wright graduated in 2021 from The Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting.  He has experience working in the multi-family residential properties space as he formerly worked for a public accounting firm, preparing audits and tax returns for low-income housing properties.  Jordan’s an extremely sharp individual and brings great energy and a team-first attitude to the finance department!

Jordan lives with his fiancée, Micah, in Parma Heights and likes to golf and play volleyball in his off-time.  He’s also a huge fan of all 3 Cleveland sports teams.
