We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jay Weaver as a Land Development Manager, effective January 20, 2025.  With over two decades of hands-on experience in construction, landscape design, and heavy infrastructure, Jay brings a wealth of expertise to oversee critical land development initiatives for the company’s growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and public-sector projects.

Jay’s journey in construction began at age 15, sweeping floors on job sites for a family friend’s business. After earning a Landscape Design and Construction degree from The Ohio State University, he honed his skills in sales and project management at Yard Master and Kurtz Bros in Avon. His transition to heavy highway and utilities work with the Local 860 labor union saw him lead high-impact projects for organizations like the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and Cleveland Water.

As a foreman at a former excavation company, Jay managed complex land development projects, from residential communities to ODOT infrastructure. Following a workplace accident that temporarily shifted his path, Jay channeled his resilience into entrepreneurship, operating a successful small business specializing in landscape design, hardscapes, and excavating.

Outside of work, Jay and his wife, Jana, enjoy an active lifestyle with their children, Jaden (a Bowling Green State University business student) and Gianna (an aspiring fashion model and senior at Olmsted Falls High School), along with their dog, Mojo. An avid outdoorsman, Jay fills his free time with golf, camping, wake surfing, snowboarding, and family travels to new destinations.

We’re excited to welcome Lee Morrison to the Pride One family! Lee joined us in early December as a Project Manager on our multi-family team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the table.

Lee comes to Pride One with a wealth of knowledge, having overseen projects of all sizes, from single-family homes to the massive 6-story, 300-unit multi-family project he managed before joining us. In his previous role, Lee handled everything from procurement (that’s everything from sand filters to toilet paper holders!) to managing contracts and change orders. His experience across various property types, including single-family, multi-family, apartments, and live/work spaces, gives him a well-rounded perspective that will be invaluable to our team.

But Lee is more than just his impressive resume. When he’s not at work, Lee enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Shauna, of 21 years, and their three children: AJ (12), Austin (10), and Aubrey (9). Whether it’s cheering on AJ in football and basketball, watching Austin play travel baseball (and maybe hinting at a future in construction!), or supporting Aubrey’s dancing and gymnastics endeavors, Lee is a dedicated family man. As a Cleveland sports fan, you might also find him at a Browns game or cheering on the Cavaliers.

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Loudan Klein to the Pride One Development Team! Loudan joined us on back in October, as our new Entitlement and Acquisition Manager.

In this role, Loudan will be a key player in propelling our development projects forward. He’ll be coordinating and managing all aspects of property acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and development permitting. His extensive experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand.

Before joining Pride One, Loudan honed his skills in the public sector. He served as a Planning Director in Fairfield County, approving and reviewing new residential and commercial construction projects. Most recently, he held the position of Economic Development Director within Summit County. This experience provides Loudan with a unique perspective that will be instrumental in our development process.

When Loudan isn’t busy ensuring our projects run smoothly, you might find him exploring new destinations with his wife Toni. Their twin boys, Silas and Luke, who just turned one this September, undoubtedly keep them on their toes (and full of laughter!). Whether hitting the golf course or trying exciting new restaurants, Loudan clearly knows how to balance work and family life.

We’re so excited to have Loudan on board and look forward to his contributions to the team. His expertise, coupled with his collaborative spirit and positive attitude, make him a perfect fit for Pride One. We know he’ll play a vital role in our success moving forward.

Zach Quinn joined the Pride One family on April 1, 2024. As a Project Manager for the Multi-Family team, he collaborates closely with site superintendents to meticulously plan and schedule construction activities. His role involves managing budgets, coordinating contracts with subcontractors, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.

With seven years of experience in the construction industry, Zach’s journey began as a field Supervisor, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. Over the years, he worked his way up to Project Manager, specializing in building single-family homes. This diverse experience has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his current role.

Zach is no stranger to team concepts.  He was a 4-year College football Defensive End for the University of Toledo Rockets. “I am very competitive. I’ve been fortunate to have great teammates and coaches throughout my playing career.  A team is only as strong as the weakest player so we all need to hold one another accountable to succeed.”, said Quinn.  That mentality has translated to his construction career and makes him a perfect fit for Pride One.

Home life is equally fulfilling for Zach. He lives with his fiancé Carmen and their two beloved dogs, Harley, a seven-year-old Rottweiler, and Bruce, a playful nine-week-old Bernese Mountain dog. The young couple will marry this month.  In his free time, Zach enjoys hanging out with friends and family, watching Cleveland sports, and staying active.

Whether it’s on the construction site or at home, Zach is committed to excellence and a welcome addition to the Multi-Family Divison!
