In her previous role, Amanda played a crucial role in streamlining development projects by managing and organizing the company’s Asana software. Her organizational skills and attention to detail ensured projects stayed on track and met deadlines.

Ben Weinerman Promoted to Director of Development

Ben began his career at Pride One as a Land Development Manager, where he honed his skills in land acquisition and project feasibility. He then transitioned to the role of Entitlement Manager, where he has been instrumental in navigating the complexities of municipal approval processes and securing permits for Pride One’s developments.

2023 Holiday Gathering

Team members, spouses, and honored guests enjoyed an evening of great food and drink, holiday music, and a relaxing, festive atmosphere at the R. Shea Brewing Company in Akron, Ohio.

MEDINA, OHIO January 2023 – Myles Rowland has joined the Pride One team as an Assistant Commercial Superintendent currently working at the Liberty Flats project in Liberty, Ohio.

Myles managed hardware stores for a dozen years, taking on construction projects during his free time. Subsequently, he became a commercial carpenter and worked his way up to Assistant Superintendent before joining Pride One.

He and his fiancé, Kendra, are currently planning for their wedding in June 2023.   Away from work, Myles enjoys woodworking, boating, snowboarding, traveling, spoiling his dog Luna, and working on  his 1973 Datsun 620 pickup truck!

MEDINA, OHIO January 2023 – Sara Judge joined the Pride One team in the Multi-Family Division as a Project Coordinator back in July 2022.  Sara hit the ground running and continues to play an integral role in various projects.

With nearly two decades of experience in interior design and residential construction, Sara has had a successful career. She began as an interior decorator, leading to space planning and kitchen design. Recently, she has been a design consultant and sales manager for a residential builder.

Sara, her husband Bill, and their two children, Emma (8) and William (nicknamed ‘Fuzz’, 9), call Barberton their home. In their free time, they enjoy playing sports, engaging in outdoor activities, and having family cookouts. Weekends are always reserved for exploring new outdoor adventures!

We’re so glad to have a valuable teamate like Sara!
