MEDINA, OHIO January 2023 – Myles Rowland has joined the Pride One team as an Assistant Commercial Superintendent currently working at the Liberty Flats project in Liberty, Ohio.

Myles managed hardware stores for a dozen years, taking on construction projects during his free time. Subsequently, he became a commercial carpenter and worked his way up to Assistant Superintendent before joining Pride One.

He and his fiancé, Kendra, are currently planning for their wedding in June 2023.   Away from work, Myles enjoys woodworking, boating, snowboarding, traveling, spoiling his dog Luna, and working on  his 1973 Datsun 620 pickup truck!

MEDINA, OHIO January 2023 – Sara Judge joined the Pride One team in the Multi-Family Division as a Project Coordinator back in July 2022.  Sara hit the ground running and continues to play an integral role in various projects.

With nearly two decades of experience in interior design and residential construction, Sara has had a successful career. She began as an interior decorator, leading to space planning and kitchen design. Recently, she has been a design consultant and sales manager for a residential builder.

Sara, her husband Bill, and their two children, Emma (8) and William (nicknamed ‘Fuzz’, 9), call Barberton their home. In their free time, they enjoy playing sports, engaging in outdoor activities, and having family cookouts. Weekends are always reserved for exploring new outdoor adventures!

We’re so glad to have a valuable teamate like Sara!

MEDINA, OHIO January 2023 – Bob McAuliffe has recently assumed the position of Senior Project Manager of Commercial Construction.

Bob is a 30-year veteran of the construction industry which started in Cleveland working as a laborer on the SOHIO Building and Cleveland Clinic Pyramid Building while taking a break from studying Civil Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He remained in New York for eighteen years after college, taking part in historic renovations, elderly and congregate housing, and providing his expertise in developing and implementing construction industry software for seven years.

In 1998, Bob returned to his home state of Ohio and provided Construction Management and Program Management services to the Ohio School Facilities Commission. In 2012, he earned his MBA from Malone University.

Bob and his wife of 22 years, Mona have 2 sons.  Joseph is a junior at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA, where he captains the Cross Country and Track teams and studies Chemistry. Brian is a freshman at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne, IN, studying Mechanical Engineering and running Cross Country and Track.

Jordan Wright – Development Analyst

MEDINA, OHIO July 2022 – Jordan Wright has recently accepted the position of Development Analyst at Pride One Construction.

As a Development Analyst, Jordan is tasked with ensuring the quality and accuracy of Real Estate transactions from acquisition to sale.

Wright graduated in 2021 from The Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting.  He has experience working in the multi-family residential properties space as he formerly worked for a public accounting firm, preparing audits and tax returns for low-income housing properties.  Jordan’s an extremely sharp individual and brings great energy and a team-first attitude to the finance department!

Jordan lives with his fiancée, Micah, in Parma Heights and likes to golf and play volleyball in his off-time.  He’s also a huge fan of all 3 Cleveland sports teams.

Laura Van Metre – Project Coordinator – Multi-Family Division

MEDINA, OHIO April 2022 – Laura Van Metre has recently accepted the position of Project Coordinator for the Multi-Family division at Pride One Construction.

In her new role, Laura will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the processes that drive the division from both a development and accounting standpoint.  Project cost reporting, scheduling, set-up and closeout within the accounting system, and field progress tracking are extremely critical facets to ensuring these projects are on time and on budget!

Van Metre brings 10 years of project management and coordination, with the last 7 years working in the residential construction industry.  Her unique skill set and great attitude make her a great asset to the company and we’re excited to have her on our team.

Laura “shares her heart” with her husband Ryan and their two young boys Maximus and Luca.  When not working she loves spending time with her boys in the outdoors, cooking, and rooting for her favorite Cleveland sports teams.

Michael Knerem – Development Manager

For immediate release: June 30, 2021

MEDINA, OHIO June 2021 – Michael Knerem has been named Development Manager at Pride One Construction.

He was very entrepreneurial at a young age and started in real estate at the age of 15 by partnering with a company who flipped single family homes.  Michael started interning with Pride One initially working on job sites sweeping floors. He returned to Pride One the next two summers, the first working in land development/project management and the following summer working in development. 

A graduate from Highland High School, Knerem went on to The Ohio State University where he graduated with degrees in finance and real estate.  While at OSU, Michael competed in many real estate competitions, some being global against the top schools in the world. The largest was at the ICSC convention in Vegas and he got third place behind University of Guelph, Cornell, and Wharton.

Upon graduation, Michael took a position with another company but quickly came to the conclusion that he missed the family culture and opportunities at Pride One is now back where he belongs working full time in real estate development.

Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and is an avid Browns fan.
