Project Information

A 27,000 SF renovation of an existing building in Fairlawn, OH for Grace Church for a satellite campus. This project consisted of demolition and construction of 2 new 500 SF additions, new walls, full stage, new MEP’s and all new finishes. This campus now has a solarium, youth classrooms and play area, chapel and new auditorium that has been renovated to accommodate both services and youth ministry sports. This project was completed in October of 2014.
