Candlewood is a 100 room extended stay hotel with suites and basic rooms. All rooms have kitchenettes and flat screen tvs. Utilizing the latest finish schedule from the brand the hotel is equipped with the latest amenities and creature comforts from Candlewood. Started in the late fall of 2013 this hotel will be completed in Late November of 2014.

Aloft is a 135 room 80,000 SQFT boutique style hotel from Starwood. The hotels modern decor, vibrant hotel bar, outdoor patio, many social areas in the lobby, and extensive technology systems make it a top choice for the business traveler. Started November of 2012, Aloft welcomed it’s first guest on November 17, 2014, 12 months after breaking ground.

Yoga Bliss was a 7,000 sq ft build out of a yoga studio including one of the only hot studios in Northeast Ohio. Pride One was able to accommodate all of the owners wishes and stay within the budget we were given. Yoga Bliss recently expanded including another studio, increased the hot studio, renovated bathrooms and added a juice bar.

Rosewood Grill

Project Information
Rosewood Grill is located at Turners Mill in Hudson, OH. Turners Mill is an old grain mill that was built in 1852. The mill was turned into a restaurant in 1988. In 2009, Pride One started construction to remodel the mill and turn it into a multifunction building, including a new addition for Rosewood Grill Restaurant. Pride One did a complete interior and exterior remodel including an elevator and restoration of existing wood beams and brick, site improvements, landscaping and paving.

Grace Church

Project Information
A 27,000 SF renovation of an existing building in Fairlawn, OH for Grace Church for a satellite campus. This project consisted of demolition and construction of 2 new 500 SF additions, new walls, full stage, new MEP’s and all new finishes. This campus now has a solarium, youth classrooms and play area, chapel and new auditorium that has been renovated to accommodate both services and youth ministry sports. This project was completed in October of 2014.
