New construction of a 4 story Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in North Canton, Ohio. This 63,000 SF, 103 room hotel highlights the hotel options in the area with amenities including a pool, multiple patios, a water feature and fire pit as well as a meeting room, business center and state of the art rooms for client satisfaction. Project was completed in 13 months through the brutal Ohio winter of 2013.

Random Haus was an extensive 12 room renovation project in Palm Springs, California. We transformed a former apartment complex into a luxury 12 unit boutique hotel/apartment. Fully furnished kitchens, huge walk-in showers and balconies overlook a continuous koi pond surrounding the property with two waterfalls along the custom designed privacy fence. With its midcentury look, Random Haus fits in well in the Palm Springs atmosphere.
