Pride One Construction ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Job Site Photo Updates mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Project Update Data

• Construction project updates and descriptions you submit
• Building area or location information you provide
• Milestone selections (construction phases)

Photos

• Photos you take with your device camera or select from your photo library for the purpose of documenting job site progress
• Photo captions you provide

Pre-Configured Information

• Your name and email address as assigned by your project administrator
• Project names and associated personnel information configured by administrators

How We Use Your Information

• To document and track construction project progress
• To generate project update reports for project managers and stakeholders
• To provide text suggestions based on previously used phrases, improving your experience over time
• To optionally generate AI-assisted summaries of job site photos using Google's Gemini API

AI Photo Analysis

The App includes an optional feature that uses Google's Gemini API to analyze job site photos and generate text descriptions of construction progress. When this feature is used, resized versions of your photos are sent to Google's servers for processing. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. This feature is optional and only activated when you choose to use it.

Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on Pride One Construction's secure servers
• Photos are stored on our servers and associated with your project updates
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Text phrases you enter may be saved to provide you with helpful suggestions in future updates

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your project data is shared only with:

• Pride One Construction project managers and administrators
• Google's Gemini API (photos only, when AI summary feature is used)

Device Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Camera — To take photos of job site progress
• Photo Library — To select existing photos from your device
• Internet Access — To communicate with Pride One's servers

Data Retention

Project updates and photos are retained for the duration of the construction project and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping purposes. Contact us if you would like to request deletion of your data.

Third-Party Analytics and Tracking

The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
