Dan Hazlett – Vice President of Construction

Dan Hazlett, Vice President of Construction, joined Pride One in January 2020 and manages all commercial and residential projects.

Dan served our country in the United States Marine Corps and is a Persian Gulf war veteran. Dan began his Construction career in the Cleveland, Ohio sheet metal industry. Within his 28 year career he has held a number of operations positions, including superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, director of development management and director of construction. Dan is a Senior level action-oriented leader with a strong record of performance and success in commercial real estate development, general contracting and construction management Utilize team approach to drive company improvements and implementation of best practices. Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex issues.

Dan brings a level of personal and team accountability that keeps everyone focused on greater good decisions which in turn drives the highest level of traction internally and externally with our Clients, Subcontractors and vendors. Dan has instituted quarterly clarity breaks along with one-on-one construction team member meetings designed to enhance leadership skills, emotional intelligence, soft skills and management disciplines. Dan provides the guidance, autonomy and resources each team member needs to thrive once they join our Pride One construction team.

Dan has been married for 30 years to his wife Jami and they have 2 boys, Dan II and Mike. Dan is also a grandfather to Norah, she is 16 Months old. Dan resides in Homerville, OH.
