We’re excited to welcome Lee Morrison to the Pride One family! Lee joined us in early December as a Project Manager on our multi-family team, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to the table.

Lee comes to Pride One with a wealth of knowledge, having overseen projects of all sizes, from single-family homes to the massive 6-story, 300-unit multi-family project he managed before joining us. In his previous role, Lee handled everything from procurement (that’s everything from sand filters to toilet paper holders!) to managing contracts and change orders. His experience across various property types, including single-family, multi-family, apartments, and live/work spaces, gives him a well-rounded perspective that will be invaluable to our team.

But Lee is more than just his impressive resume. When he’s not at work, Lee enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Shauna, of 21 years, and their three children: AJ (12), Austin (10), and Aubrey (9). Whether it’s cheering on AJ in football and basketball, watching Austin play travel baseball (and maybe hinting at a future in construction!), or supporting Aubrey’s dancing and gymnastics endeavors, Lee is a dedicated family man. As a Cleveland sports fan, you might also find him at a Browns game or cheering on the Cavaliers.

We’re excited to have Lee on board and know his expertise, passion, and dedication to family will be a great asset to Pride One. Please join us in welcoming him to the team!

MEDINA, OHIO December 2024 –

We’re thrilled to officially welcome Loudan Klein to the Pride One Development Team! Loudan joined us on back in October, as our new Entitlement and Acquisition Manager.

In this role, Loudan will be a key player in propelling our development projects forward. He’ll be coordinating and managing all aspects of property acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, and development permitting. His extensive experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand.

Before joining Pride One, Loudan honed his skills in the public sector. He served as a Planning Director in Fairfield County, approving and reviewing new residential and commercial construction projects. Most recently, he held the position of Economic Development Director within Summit County. This experience provides Loudan with a unique perspective that will be instrumental in our development process.

When Loudan isn’t busy ensuring our projects run smoothly, you might find him exploring new destinations with his wife Toni. Their twin boys, Silas and Luke, who just turned one this September, undoubtedly keep them on their toes (and full of laughter!). Whether hitting the golf course or trying exciting new restaurants, Loudan clearly knows how to balance work and family life.

We’re so excited to have Loudan on board and look forward to his contributions to the team. His expertise, coupled with his collaborative spirit and positive attitude, make him a perfect fit for Pride One. We know he’ll play a vital role in our success moving forward.
