Skills & Details.
Health Care Construction requires a unique combination of skills and attention to detail. All rooms are built to be ADA accessible, which means that the rooms have to be built exactly according to the plan measurements. Health Care structures also have to be inspected by three separate inspectors including the building inspector, a special ADA inspector and a state inspector.
Most Health Care structures also have special rooms such as salon’s, physical therapy rooms, a full commercial kitchen, and are wired for a nurse call system. In addition to the special rooms, there are often mediation gardens and additional landscaping to make a space for the residents to go and feel like they are in their back yard. There are a lot of details and special construction requirements that need to be met when building an assisted living or other health care structure and we take pride in our attention to detail and the ability to build these structures on time and on budget.
